We are a certified organization and deliver a wide range of special and alloy steel as per BS/EN, IS, JIS, DIN, SAE/AISI/ASTM, GOST standards and as per the customer’s requirements.
We also certified with ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System) and ensured all procedures, work instructions, documents and records allied as per standard.

Grain Size – IS 4748.
Inclusion Rating – IS 4163.

Test Certificate provide to certify all requirements.

Quality Check Facility

100% visual inspection.
Ultrasonic Inspection (Tested by an ASNT Level 2 Qualified Inspector).
Unique heat number, grade, size and colour code, and screening being done of each bundle for traceability.
Portable XRF equipment is used for grade confirmation.
Spark & Spectral Testing (to eliminate material mix-up).
Check dimensions with gauges (length, width, thickness and edge radius).
Checks: Bend, Surface Pilling, Crack, Piping, Lining, Distortion, Refectory, Overlapping, etc.
Test Certificate provide to certify all requirements.

Quality Laboratory Facility

Inverted microscope with image-analysing system (magnification 500 x max).
Latest Spectrometer (Make-GNR).
Jominy End Quench Test.
Height gauge (for Jominy Marking).
Rockwell Hardness Testing (HRC, HRB).
Brinell Hardness Testing.
Muffle Furnace.
Red Metre (to detect radioactive contamination).
