Our Leadership
Mr. Chawla had the foresight to lead the steel industry and BHAWANI SHANKAR CASTINGS PVT.LTD. in particular on a transformational journey. Born in March 1964 in Jalandhar, Punjab and secured a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts from Doaba College in Punjab (Jalandhar), GNDU University. He has almost three decades of rich experience in the iron and steel industry with hands on experience of setting up greenfield projects. His keenness to give back to society and a desire to improve the lives of individuals led to the formation of BHAWANI SHANKAR CASTINGS PVT.LTD. He leads from the front and is a driving force behind the group.

MD Profile
Mr. R.S. Chawla was born in October 1990 in Jalandhar, Punjab and he holds a Bachelor’s degree in commerce and a master’s in finance from Apeejay College Jalandhar, Punjab. He has almost a decade of rich experience in the iron and steel industry. He ventured into the steel business at a very young age and has been playing a pivotal role in guiding the steel business of the company. Possessing a never say-die spirit, he acted as a torchbearer to sail the company smoothly through the tough times.
